Pan African Youth Institute

Transparency Policy

We are commited to transparency and open disclosure of all our funding

The Pan African Youth Institute (PAYI) is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of transparency and accountability in all our operations and initiatives. Our commitment to transparency extends across our financial practices, decision-making processes, and stakeholder engagements. We believe that fostering an environment of openness and clear communication is essential in building trust and nurturing strong partnerships that drive positive change and sustainable development across Africa.

Through regular reporting, accessible information, and open dialogue, we ensure that our stakeholders remain informed and engaged in our mission to empower African youth and foster inclusive growth. Our transparency policy reflects our unwavering dedication to integrity, ethical practices, and responsible governance, as we work towards creating a more prosperous and equitable future for the continent.

We disclose all sources of funding for the Institute and all sources underwriting a specific study. PAYI headquarters and all its branches/offices must disclose to the Institute financial relationships that might bear on their research.  PAYI staff may use their Institute affiliation as identification on outside projects but must make clear when their work is not a PAYI project subject to our review.

REPLICABLE RESULTS

Intellectually honest, empirically driven research must be replicable. We make the data in our research publications available for others and encourage researchers to replicate our findings.
